Timothy Edwards is known as Chip. Chip joined Alliance Appraisal Associates in 2009 but he comes to us with 7 years prior experience in residential appraising and is State certified. He is FHA qualified. Chip is married and lives in Bradenton. He has lived in this area for 30 years. He has a military background and spent time in Saudi Arabia.
